Curved surface welding is a structure welding technology of spatial surface, mainly used in rocket front cone section and other structures of welding. For special requirements of cone welding, we developed 5-axis linkage equipment and the corresponding technology, successfully realizing the welding of cone surface and other complex surfaces, welding joint properties can wholly satisfy the application requirements, and lays foundation for the welding of rocket shell, radar panel, aircraft and other curved structures.
