Introduction to Friction Stir Welding tool

FSW tool is one of the core technology of FSW, which is honored to be the 'heart' of the FSW. It is a kind of consumable during friction stir welding process.

Conventional FSW tool is developed for largely using in the market, which can be suitable for most product structures and realize welding of various materials, such as aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys, and copper alloys etc. It is typically used in industrial fields, for example rail trains, aerospace & new energy automobile parts (water cooling plates, radiators, battery trays, motor shells, wheels, etc.).
